This policy is a plain-language starting point covering LuxSoft's website and all current and future LuxSoft mobile apps. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer yet — if you're relying on this for an app store submission or a specific legal requirement, have it reviewed first.

1. Who we are

LuxSoft ("LuxSoft," "we," "us," or "our") is a small software studio that builds mobile apps, along with this website. This Privacy Policy applies to luxsoft.dev and to any mobile app published by LuxSoft that links to it, unless a specific app provides its own separate policy.

Information you give us directly

• Contact details you submit through our contact or feedback forms (name, email address, and the message you send us).
• Anything you voluntarily include in a support request or feedback message, including details about the app or issue you're writing about.

Information collected automatically

Our apps and website may automatically collect basic technical and usage information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and general usage statistics (for example, which screens are opened or how often a feature is used). This helps us fix bugs and understand what's working. We do not currently collect precise location data, contacts, photos, or other sensitive device data unless a specific app clearly asks for that permission and explains why.

3. Third-party services

We may use third-party services for things like crash reporting, analytics, or email delivery (for example, when you submit our contact or feedback forms). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security practices. As LuxSoft ships individual apps, this section will be updated to name the specific services each app uses, if any.

4. How we use information

• To respond to contact and feedback submissions.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our apps and website.
• To diagnose bugs and crashes.
• To understand overall usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Children's privacy

Our apps and website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@luxsoft.dev. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we'll do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

7. Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, and take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as LuxSoft and its apps evolve. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of our apps or website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
