Code Flow hands you a system that is failing under load, a shelf of parts, and goals written as numbers. You build a fix, go live, and watch whether it holds. If something is not working, or a puzzle has you stuck, start here.
Email support@luxsoft.dev and you will hear back, usually within two business days.
Say which puzzle you were on, your iPhone model and your iOS version. The version of Code Flow is at the bottom of Settings.
On a build, every board that meets every goal on every day works. Two more marks are there to earn: Lean, the cheapest board that works, with no hint opened, and Holds, a board that also copes with a quarter more people. They usually take two different boards, so a solved build is worth playing again. A go live that fails counts as a miss. Nothing on a build is timed.
On call, the score is the requests that failed while you worked, and lower is better. If the puzzle says only one kind of traffic matters, only that kind is counted. Every incident has a target, and your first solve is the score.
Yes. A solved build can still earn the marks you have not got yet. A solved incident is practice, and its score stays as it was.
The first time you open Code Flow it asks whether you want a walkthrough. If you said no, each puzzle it covers still offers Walk me through it in its brief, until you make your first move there. A puzzle solved with the walkthrough gets a tick on the map instead of a score.
No. Every puzzle plays in Airplane Mode. A connection is only used to send feedback, anonymous usage data, crash reports, and your questions to Ping once you let AI answer them. Without one, Ping answers on your iPhone and the rest waits until you are back online.
Your progress lives on your iPhone and goes into its backup. Set up the new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup and Code Flow picks up where you left off. There is no account, so there is no other way to move it yet.
Open Settings from the map and tap Start the game again. It asks first, because it deletes every solve and score on your iPhone and cannot be undone.
The last stop on the map. It opens once you have solved the last three puzzles. The next chapter is still being built, so for now it asks what you thought of this one, and your answers go straight into what comes next.
Email support@luxsoft.dev with the id at the bottom of Settings, or its first eight characters. Everything sent under it is deleted.
Yes. Use the speaker at the top of the board, or Sound in Settings.
Code Flow is made for iPhone. It installs on an iPad and runs there in an iPhone sized window.
Code Flow reports a crash on its own, but it cannot say what you were doing. An email with the puzzle and your last few moves helps a lot.
