CashBro is a personal budgeting app: it turns your income, bills, and savings goals into one simple ring that shows exactly what you have left to spend this month. If something is not working or you have a question, this page has the fastest answers, and you can always reach a person by email.
Email support@luxsoft.dev and we will get back to you, usually within 2 business days.
To help us resolve your issue faster, please include your device model, your iOS or Android version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not include passwords or full account numbers in your message.
Open the Profile tab and add your monthly income. This is the number the budget ring is built from, so nothing calculates until it is set.
Tap the + button on the Home or Spending tab, enter an amount, and pick a category. The ring updates immediately to show what is left to spend.
Use the Bills tab to track recurring and one-time bills (and get reminders before they are due), and the Goals tab to set savings targets with a monthly contribution.
The ring shows what is safe to spend this month. CashBro starts with your income, sets aside your bills and planned savings, and shows the rest. As you log expenses, the ring fills up. The small notch marks where today sits in the month, so if the fill stays behind the notch you are pacing well.
Bills and planned savings goal contributions are set aside first, because that money is already committed. The ring shows what remains after those, which is the amount that is actually free to spend.
Yes. Open Settings and choose your currency. This changes the symbol and decimal formatting used throughout the app. It does not convert existing amounts, it only changes how they are displayed.
Make sure notifications are enabled for CashBro in your device's Settings, and that reminders are turned on in the app's Settings screen. Reminders are scheduled on your device, so they work even without a connection.
CashBro works offline and syncs when you are back online. If data seems out of date, check your internet connection and pull down to refresh. Your most recent data is cached on your device, so nothing is lost while you are offline.
CashBro uses Sign in with Apple and Google sign-in. If a sign-in attempt fails, close the app, confirm you have a connection, and try again. If the problem continues, email us and let us know which method you are using.
Subscriptions are managed by the app store you bought from, not by us — we are not the seller and have no access to your payment method, so the app cannot cancel on your behalf. Cancelling is quick, takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and costs no fee:
Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, or the next renewal will already have been taken. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not delete your account, and your data stays until you delete it.
Apple and Google are the sellers of record, so refunds are requested from and decided by them under their own policies — we cannot issue one ourselves. On iPhone or iPad, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account. On Android, use Google Play or Play's refund request form. If a charge looks wrong to you, email us anyway — we cannot move the money, but we can tell you what we see.
Cancel any time before the last 24 hours of the trial, using the steps above. You keep access until the trial period ends.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app: open Profile → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and financial data from our systems and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — do that separately, using the steps above.
We collect as little as possible and never sell your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
